1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By accessing or using RunDrop ("the Platform", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable local, national, and international laws. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. The service is available to individuals at least 13 years of age.
2. Service Description & Ephemeral Storage
RunDrop provides encrypted temporary data transfer and in-browser code sandboxing, allowing users to send and receive files, runnable code snippets, web URLs, and markdown notes using secure 8-character codes and direct links.
All shared materials are stored temporarily and are subject to automated zero-trace purging upon timer expiration (3 hours on Free tier, up to 7 days on Premium Pro / Ultra Max tiers) or immediate user-initiated deletion.
3. Acceptable Use Policy & Prohibited Content
You agree not to use RunDrop for any unlawful or malicious activities. Prohibited actions include uploading malware, unauthorized copyrighted content, illegal materials, or attempting brute-force attacks against transfer shortcodes.
4. Storage Limits & Automated Deletion
Users must adhere to the storage size and batch limits associated with their active plan (Free: 250 MB / 3h, Pro: 5 GB / 7 days, Ultra: 20 GB / 14 days). Expired records and files are permanently purged.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
RunDrop is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Users should never rely on RunDrop as a permanent backup solution.
